FLY PILATES (Hammock)
A series of yoga asana by hanging up in the air. Fun, exciting and very effective in training our core muscles. Combination of yoga, Pilates movement with gracefulness of dancing element to make you look elegant.
What a wonderful course, i really learned a lot from Mr Wu. He really taught us on how to use and target muscles that we have never use before. I believe anyone who attended this course will benefit from the experience and knowledge that he shared.
