Pilates is a series of physical exercises that help to improve posture, coordination, balance, strength, and flexibility, as well as to increase breathing capacity and organ function.

It is the combination of human anatomy, gymnastics, bodybuilding, yoga and martial arts.

The main objective of the workshop is sharing the information on how Pilate’s principles can help us prevent or recover from those problems and the most important is how to apply in our life to give us a healthy and beautiful life.
