I’m an experienced yoga teacher, but I taught Yoga Asanas without really understanding what the core of Yoga Asana is. My clients do feel good
at the end of the class, but, I still couldn’t figure out how practice helps them in improving their physical and mental health.
Back to the basic is challenging, it’s like giving myself a chance to reborn.
I learnt the basic knowledge of physical training, starting from analysing human body and posture, pilates fundamentals to advanced functional anatomy. The entire training syllabus reshaped me to a better teacher.
I apply all these “basic” knowledge to help my clients in their training. Toward their progress, I see a lot of improvement in their exercise. That’s a fabulous achievement, for my clients and me.
I believe the concept of “back to basic”. Back to the root is a vital key to improve the quality of your class. Directly, it will lead to higher income opportunity.

请于报名后,三天之内缴付学费以锁定学习名额。如在开课十五天之外因特殊原因无法按时参加课程,提出书面申请可获扣除10%行政费用后的退款。十五天之内提出申请,无法如约参加课程将获扣除学费30%后的退款, 未提出申请或五天内提出无法如约参加课程则获扣除学费50%后的退款。

很多人在询问课程的时候,大多数会问的问题是:
1. 这个课程有证书吗?
2. 我学完两天就可以教课吗?
第一个问题,答案是有证书的,是中国李欣普拉提学院认证的证书。李欣普拉提学院创办于2008年,创始人是李欣老师,至今已经第12年了。跟着李欣老师学习这几年,除了学习运动上的知识,更重要的是学习老师对运动的热忱及态度。
第二个问题,我很多时候是不知道怎么回答的。原因是对于一个素未谋面的人,我要怎么断定她/他能够在课程中掌握多少,或是之前有没有运动基础或教学经验。
这个课程,只有两天,它是进入普拉提体系的敲门砖,更是普拉提的入门课程。开始认识什么是普拉提之后,后面还有很多知识是需要学习的,比如普拉提功能解剖,普拉提垫垫上升级版动作,普拉提大器械及小工具的学习。
李欣普拉提有完整的系统, 从M0普拉提小团课,M1私教提升系列,到M2普拉提精英私教,M3普拉提小工具,M4普拉提大器械,M5百万销售,M6普拉提孕动及不同人群康复运动,M7脊柱护理、M8导师汇,M9水中普拉提及M10高尔夫普拉提。其实是可以自由的选择自己喜欢的课程学习,但对于清楚自己发展方向的同学,不管之前的学习背景是什么,都应该从基础的课程开始认识普拉提。
这样您才可以清楚的知道自己中高级阶段学习的是什么,并可以很好的用在自己的教学上。如果冒然的参加一个高级的课程,学了很多动作,但是不懂动作原理,最后可能会发现是不是浪费钱了呢?
为什么我会这样说呢?在加入李欣普拉提之前,我是不清楚自己的方向的,一心只想当个老师,这里学一点,那里学一点,没有把所学到的东西连接在一起。还是有办法当老师啊,只是学生问你如何解决某个问题,就笑笑的说多练习就好了,但是,懂原理吗?摸摸自己的良心,那时候我不懂。
直到刚开始接触李欣普拉提课程时,我是受到culture shock 的。 还记得第一次就很勇敢的参加了M6普拉提孕产课程,从第一天开始上课到最后一天,我都是blur blur的,吸收到到的知识应该10%都不到。当时候连泡沫轴怎么使用都不会。还好没放弃,高级课程听不懂,回去听初级课程,第一次是上了李华敏老师的基础私教,那是真正认识普拉提的开始。之后再复训高难度的课程,就容易多了。
如果说,上两天课,就想说自己是合格的老师,理论上是可以的,实际上还是看个人的领悟能力到达了哪个境界。普拉提基础私教,我复训了三次,M6普拉提孕产复训了4次,还是觉得自己有很大的进步空间。学习是没有尽头的,永远都不会足够的。在学习之后,一定要用上,用在自己身上及教课上,才可以真正明白课程的意义。
如今,我有几十张的文凭,但是它们只代表了我的学习过程,真正学到的应该已经在自己肉体及精神上了。

如果把你的身体比喻成一间房子,骨骼关节是房子的支柱,肌肉是房子的墙壁, 房子要稳固必须保持关节角度,及肌肉募集能力再配合呼吸的带入,保持中感受三者合一,这间房子就是一间稳固的房子。把普拉提的基础学好,就是要把房子建立好,准备更好的往心灵(瑜伽)成面发展。
这就是要上普拉提基础私教的原因啦!
